Our Yema Cotton Cheesecake is a mashup of our favorite comfort food: light, airy, jiggly japanese cheesecake and the all too ubiquitous yema cake we can't get enough of - all without the nasty sugar. Now you can have your cake and eat it, too! 

We whipped up the perfect blend of premium australian cream cheese and farm fresh eggs, sprinkled our sweeteners of choice, doused it in velvety yema custard and finished it off with just enough shredded cheddar to provide a welcome contrast that will surely delight your taste buds but not spike up your blood sugar.
